Expanding Access to STEM Careers

The Talent Diversity Network (TDN) is an industry-driven model composed of employers, community-based organizations, and education partners working together to connect underrepresented undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students to paid internships and careers in STEM. TDN works to remove barriers to STEM careers and promote a diverse STEM talent pipeline.

Finding Diverse Talent

Problem

Companies have a limited bandwidth to identify diverse talent. TDN makes it easy for companies to access a diverse talent pool with the skills and potential to excel at STEM jobs and internships.

Solution

TDN recognizes this problem and aims to help companies connect to diverse talent. As the name implies, TDN is a network of on-campus talent scouts and company champions working in coordination to connect untapped diverse talent to paid internship and career opportunities.

How can I support?
